"great cap..you can buy a cap for less..but if you invest a couple dollars more you get somthing that keeps you truely warm and fits perfect!"

"I would agree with the earlier review regarding size L-XL, it's just a bit too large for a size large head. You might want to try the smaller size if you are medium to large regular hat size.MN cold gets between hat and head, so a "tighter fit" works best. I like the fleece as an everyday hat and keep my wool hat for really cold days, like minus 20 degrees."

"This hat is great. It is warm and very comfortable! I was sailing on new year's day (air: 23 degrees, water: 38 degrees), and wore a ski mask with this hat over it. I capsized and went underwater...the ski mask was soaked through and continued to be until long after I sailed in. The 5.11 hat was much better at resisting water (although not completely) and was dry by the time I got in. Great product!!"

"Great cap! Very warm! I wear a M-L and i would recommend getting the S-M not the L-XL. The small is not snug but fits perfect. Would buy again and would recommend to a friend. Keeps you warm and dry all winter long, keep up the good work 5.11!"

Great Cold Weather patrol cap

"I use this cap during the cold (if you can call them cold in AZ) months during evening patrol. I like it a lot. It does as it says it does, and doesn't break the bank. Like the boots I own, will continue to buy them as I wear them out."
