Great Woman's Pants
May 18, 2009
"These are the absolute BEST woman's pants I have ever purchased for EMS use!! Not only do they fit perfectly around the waist, but the length is exactly what I needed. The pocket system was obviously designed by somebody who works in EMS; there is a pocket for everything you need to carry with you. The stain-resistant coating does a remarkable job at keeping the uniform presentable after the accidental spillage or a drink, or other more disgusting fluids... I am totally in love with these pants, and next paycheck will be ordering another pair. Exactly the type of quality product you expect from 511."

Low-riding, good quality

"These pants are wonderful. I've been wearing them for four months and continue to be more thrilled. They were thoughtfully designed, low-waisted, appropriate pockets, and nice touches like triple thick cuffs near the heels of your shoe. Order one size larger than jeans. Keep making these pants forever, they're the only one's I'll buy!"

The most comfortable EMS pants yet!!
July 18, 2009
"I'm new to the EMS field and when I started trying on pants for work I couldn't believe how high up they came. If I had them on and bent over, the top of the pant would hit the bottom of my bra. I thought that style went out in the 80's. I read the previous reviews for this pair and had to try them. As soon as I put them on I was estatic that I found a pair that fit more like today jeans. I'm so happy with them. I'll definitely be buying more in the future!!"

very nice but expensive

"i love the low waist and bought these for law enforcement use. i don't know why there are no low waisted pants designed for women in law enforcement. one problem is that they are more expensive then men's pants, and i feel that companies take advantage of ladies by overpricing items specifically designed for women."

Exactly what I was looking for...
July 11, 2009
"I wanted something with multiple pockets, more than the usual and something that would hold up and not fade. And after wearing a pair of these, I never will wear anything else. The only thing negative that I can think of about them is that the fabric that they are made out of loves to collect lint, hair, you name it. So I just carry one of those lint rollers with me to the station..."

Great modern-fit pants!
July 10, 2009
"Finally a pair of women's EMS pants that aren't "too tall"! The rise hits below my belly button and has a very professional look. Lots of pockets. I have a 32" inseam and bought the "long" length. Initially they seem very long but do shrink up about an inch or so... may be something to keep an eye on for gals w/ longer inseams. Size seems true to normal; I wear about 4-5 in jeans and the size 4 in these fits great. I've bought 3 pairs already!"

Women's EMS pants
June 20, 2009
"I am a fire Lieutenant/Medic and I've been full-time for 6 yrs. Since I started Medic school in 2001 I've looked for duty pants that fit, unsuccessfully. Finally they've made them! Before they were obviously short men's pants with a 10 inch rise, who were they kidding? Plus they had peg legs like some 80's nightmare flashback.I used to have to cost the department extra money to get the rise lowered & the legs widened (we do wear boots). Now I have pants that don't make me look like a dork AND come in small sizes(2-4).Not all fire/EMS providers are huge.Only wish they came in a medium length as I'm only 5'3". Thank you 511."

Great Pants!!
June 8, 2009
"Love the pants! I wore them during dog SAR training this weekend. I carry lots of little things ie: dog treats, leash, puff bottle, knife... and all the pockets worked like a charm, and I still have room for for. The fit of the pants are great. I'm 5'8" and the "longs" are perfect. I normally wear a size 4 but reading some of the other reviews I decided to order the size 6 and the fit is just right. I've recommended them to all my dog team members and I'll definitely be back to order more."

"These really are great pants much better low rise, boot cut. I was even lucky enough to try them on at a local retailer to ensure proper sizing before buying. The material is great - stands up to all the knee wear, great length. However, after 2 washings in warm (not hot) water, drying on delicate, now the waist snap won't stay snapped and they are too tight in the thigh. I washed them this way on the recommendation of a friend who has the same pants, I bought them because the worked so great. Only to find she has the same problem & neither one of us has put on any weight while in school we've been working too hard to put on any weight.
Buyer be wear they do shrink."

"Finally, an answer to the "mom jeans" issue for women in Fire/EMS. Love the low rise and the fabric, extra pockets are a plus and did I mention how amazing the low rise REALLY is?! I found it was helpful to order my size based on their measurements not my usual size for jeans or whatever. I think all of the women in my department are going to be excited once they hear about these!!!"

great fit......but

"I originally purchased the regular length and after a couple of washed they were way too short. Anyone over 5'5 should buy the longer inseam. These have a great fit for the more modern woman. They have a lower waist and a bootcut leg. The only issue I have as well as everyone who has purchased these is that the snap does not stay done. I have to pin them to keep them done. Other than that they are great pants."

Best EMS investment
May 4, 2009
"I purchased these pants for my EMS job and they are the absolute best! They are great for smaller girls and fit like women's pants should (the waist is lower, the inseam perfect, and they form to your figure) I was very pleased with the quality of the fabric and the knee pads are a nice addition for on the ground work. Totally worth the money. The free shipping was very fast. The only thing I would change is having maybe two buttons at the waist for added security. It would be nice if they offered them in black as well."

Better than I expected
January 13, 2009

"I had pretty much given up on ever finding decent EMS pants. I was so excited when I got these--tough but not stiff fabric. The design of every detail of these pants is amazing: everything is reinforced, they are super comfortable and you don't have to worry about them. They fit great for me, but I should warn some of you: they fit like misses pants, not women's. Also, I ordered a size up from my normal jean size and from the fit I know that my normal jean size would not have fit me. :-)"

Best EMS pants Ever!
January 2, 2009
"I ordered these pants off a recommendation from a friend, and absolutely love them! They are nice and low in the front, ( hitting well below the belly button). They also are fitted in the bottom, so you don't feel like your wearing mom jeans, and the best part is they shortened the rise of the pants, so you don't look like you're wearing a guy's uniform. This is the first pair of uniform pants that don't make me look frumpy! I love them so much I'm ordered a second pair... well worth the money!"
