Completely Disappointed

"I ordered these shoelaces to replace my old pair of shoelaces on my XPRT Tactical Boot 8" Boots. The replacements that came were of the same exact material, however the shoelace tips were not. The tips were of a larger material and would not fit the 5.11 XPRT Tactical Boot 8" Boot eyelets. Therefore, they were completely useless. The reason I'm disappointed is for the fact that 5.11's description of the product states that it works with "all" 5.11 boots which in fact they don't. It begs the question, did 5.11 even test these shoelace with any of their shoes to see if they would fit? This bogus description of a product should be changed and a new product should be made to fit "all 5.11" boots or boots with small eyelets."
