"This pouch is used for the organization of first aid and survial equipment in a back country hunting application. I can find the items needed in the unit. This pouch is compatable with the Molle straps on the the Mystery Ranch "NICE" frame and other packs."

"I have two of these side by side. They store alot of EMS gear. Holds enough to work up 2 patients to stabilize. Bought 2 simply because of the medical ID symbol."

"This is a very good fast medical pouch. Having been a military corpsman, it carries essential items for tier one lifesaving and stores more than you would think.
Just remember that the cross symbol is NOT a medical symbol. A Red Cross is a protected symbol under the Geneva Convention for use ONLY by Red Cross societies around the world. Medics are permitted to use the cross symbol NOT as a medical symbol, but because medics are considered non combatants and protected under the Geneva Convention.
Misuse of the cross symbol typically result is prosecution."

"I love this pouch! I was amazed at how much I was able to fit in it. It is a bit bulky, but manageable. I would recommend that the color of the cross and zipper pulls be made in red, to better identify the pouch."

"I bought this First Aid Pouch for my tactical vest. It has ample storage for all the gear I need and them some. It was easy to install on my vest and easy to gain access to. Very durable and the quality is remarkable. Other members on the team have followed suit and purchased as well.
