"This is a great jacket, perfect for light duty use. I love the fact that it packs into itself into a small convenient pouch, it is low priced, and that it is extremely resilient against weather and temperature. The only things I would change would be 1)- stitch the inside pockets, so they are completely sealed, so items may be carried more easily, and 2)- perhaps make the sleeves less baggy; I find raising a weapon with a rubber-backed buttstock tends to catch on the excess material."

"The inside pocket is on the right side of the jacket. If you are a right hander like me, this will not work. Put a inside pocket on both sides and sew up the bottom two inserts so they can be use to store items. Overall, this is a good jacket."

Great jacket for hot climates February 20, 2009
"I bought one of these in preparation for a mission in Southern Italy during July/August. As you can imagine the climate there is hot and balmy during the summer. I still had to conceal my belted gear when dressed casually, and this jacket fit the bill perfectly. The Dark Navy color didn´t look out of place, and the thin fabric wasn´t to hot over a light polo shirt and a tropical style light ballistic vest. No, it won´t stand up to years of hard service, but then again, it most likely wasn´t intended to. Great piece of gear! Highly recommended. One tip for improvement: There ought to be at least one interior pocket with velcro closure."

"I found this item ok it was very handy to have but i found when you get in a struggle its very easy for suspects to grave and pull and also in rips pretty easy i have had three of these in the last 16 months but good value i will still buy this product"

cant beat it for the price October 1, 2008
"I bought this jacket last year and it should get me through another winter. It is a good windbreaker and with a thermal underneath I did not need a heavy jacket all season long. I work for Fish and Game and only work outdoors in adverse weather conditions. I did not have to brave any snow that year but other than that this light windbreaker always served me well."

"I purchased this jacket with "police" printed on it primarily for quick identification when needed. It packs down really small and is easy to keep handy. It's just a light windbreaker but it keeps you surprisingly warm and dry on a cool, drizzly day."

"I keep the jacket in my go bag and carry it with me at work. You can not go wrong with the price and it does come in handy during rain and wind. When I pull it out I have never had issues with wrinkles or looking bad straight out of a pack."

"I bought two of these jackets to cover my uniform while driving in unmarked vehicles. I ordered one to be cut for short sleeve use. I get a lot of compliments on the look of the jacket. Very comfortable, wears well and does not wrinkle. Can't beat the price for the value"

"This little jacket is great for lightweight weather. It packs down to an amazingly small size and stuffs in to one of its own pockets. In addition, the two interior pockets, two exterior pockets, 5.11's patented hidden documents pocket, and two mic loops on the shoulders make this a highly useful item."

"The value is the key to this product. For a light windbreaker/ cover garment this little jacket is the best I've found. More than durable material and a good quality zipper.
Fits into a hollowed out deodorant container in my luggage and within seconds the wrinkles fall out and it's ready to be worn professionally or casually.
It's only a shell-- so don't look to it for warmth you wouldn't expect from a basic wind breaker. But it's tailored well so you can layer under it if you want without it feeling or looking bulky and baggy on you."

"first the jacket is easy to carry, I put in my backpack and it's there when I need it. It isn't bulky to wear, and it keeps you warm, even in colder weather. I don't like a heavy coat, so I wear my jacket with insulated under wear and I'm warm and not restricted in movement. LOVE this jacket, especially LOVE the price."
